Catalog description

Scientific perspectives in soil science and agronomy will be used throughout this course to explore geographic and historical and global/cultural differences in agriculture and management practices used throughout the world. Students will be able to relate these perspectives to contemporary environmental issues and the growing challenges related to global food shortages and hunger.
