Catalog description

This course provides a comprehensive examination of the science, engineering, technology, and design characteristics and innovations of the modern automobile. Throughout the course we explore recent engineering and design alternatives with a particular focus on the latest industrial innovations that have significantly improved vehicle performance, efficiency, safety, and durability. As such, alternative vehicle technology, including electric vehicles, advanced battery design, fuel cells, biofuels, and other green innovations are discussed throughout.
