Catalog description

An exploration into the world of science through documentaries and select films. Films expose us to people, places and things that we may never have had a chance to discover otherwise. The course will cover a wide variety of scientific disciplines, including ecology, cosmology, genetics, marine biology and physics. Films will be supplemented by lecture, class discussion and weekly assignments.
