GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Catalog description

This course focuses on the global interconnectivity and phenomenon of environmental degradation and natural resource exploitation across the planet. All continents will be explored. A major theme will focus on sustainability. The course examines the role that humans play in respect to natural resource extraction, trends in energy (past, present and future), and a variety of direct environmental human impacts. Specifically, this course examines the relationship between humans and the earth in the context of the international response and perceptions to these actions.Faculty: D. MOSOVICI
