Catalog description

This course will explore the nature and practice of wildlife conservation science in a global context. Case studies will be used to understand how conservation decisions are made and the cultural contexts of those decisions. Students will discuss and examine how science can be influenced by cultural and societal norms, and how this affects conservation outcomes.
