This hybrid course is designed to deepen the understanding of scientific concepts surrounding gardening. Active exploration, inquiry activities and hands-on experience will be utilized as students gain life skills for living in the "Garden State." Since service learning will be an integral part of this course, travel to local gardens will be required.
