Catalog description

Living things occupied the earth early in its 4.5 billion year history. They grew in complexity and spread to almost every environment on earth. This course deals with the evolutionary history of life in the sea and on the land. Topics will include: geologic record, origin of life, development of marine life, invasion of land, mass extinction, plate tectonics.
