(Formerly PHYS 1000) This course provides a survey of topics in the physical sciences which are important to understanding the world in which we live. These topics can include motion, energy, heat, states of matter, electricity, radiation, atoms, nuclei, molecules, nuclear energy, our earth and our solar system. Offered each Fall term.Not Open to NAMS or PHTH students. Not open to students with credits for PHYS 1000.
