Open to freshmen only. This is a freshman seminar.</i>This course will introduce students to many contemporary (and often controversial) issues in science. Through participation in varying forms of classroom debate, students will learn and exercise critical thinking skills, gain confidence in public speaking and learn how to formulate researched, well-reasoned arguments.Faculty: D.
