THE MEDICAL HUMANITIES

Catalog description

This course explores the role that the humanities play in not only the development of modern day healthcare, but also in better understanding how our healthcare system operates. Students will explore how art, philosophy, religion, history and other areas of study can be tools to better navigate healthcare and understand how they develop their own opinions and beliefs related to medicine.
