Catalog description
Open only to juniors and seniors. This course examines the "performance" of gender. Beginning with a look at the theoretical basis for the notion that some of our gendered behavior constitutes a performance, the course will explore aspects of movement, gesture, voice, and linguistics as learned gender-specific behavior.
