Catalog description

Prerequisite: Not open to students with credit for GERO 2107.This tutorial will enable students to identify physical changes that affect all body systems and the common acute and chronic illnesses experienced by older adults. Normal aging and successful aging will be studies, as well as mental health issues. Health promotion, health protection, preventive services, ethical issues, health insurance, and other selected topics will be discussed.Faculty: E. CALAMIDAS
