SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING

Catalog description

This course will pair the five pillars of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making, with the four primary areas of self-care, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. These will be intertwined with exercises to help the students analyze and foster their empathy, values, and ethics, inspiring the student to develop a relationship with themselves and the world around them.
