Helps students develop professional writing and document design skills usable in a variety of careers: how to write persuasive proposals, progress reports, reports, processes, and instructions. Incorporates real world examples and contexts, guides students to investigate writing in their chosen field, and has students practice designing documents for particular audiences and purposes.
