Prerequisite: Open only to students who have fulfilled the BASK writing requirement. Open only to freshmen and sophomores.Writing course (W1).Rhetoric and composition is an introductory-level writing course designed to improve writing, researching and critical thinking skills. Students write in a variety of rhetorical modes to different audiences. The course stresses writing as a means of learning, as well as communication and often emphasizes collaborative learning through peer critiquing.Faculty: STAFF
