Open to freshmen only. This is a freshmen seminar.This course explores the various forms of giving and the many organizations committed to making a difference. Opportunities for making a difference will be investigated and analyzed at all levels – from individual to global. The course includes components on reading, writing, speaking, listening, research skills, engagement, and diversity.Faculty: D. Ballard
