Catalog description

In this course, students will learn about the unique contributions of American women during World War II. Students will analyze the different experiences of women both on the home front and overseas. The topics covered will include: women in the military, African American women, Japanese American women, propaganda, women in volunteer organizations, civil defense workers and nurses.
