This course about Italy (ancient to modern) with faculty-led study tour promises to be transformative. In the classroom and on site in Italy, students study the Romans/Italians through targeted readings, group discussions, and oral and written reports. Units include language, culture, art, religion, cuisine, and history. Preference will be given to students who are studying Latin and/or Italian.
