Catalog description

Using Biblical and Rabbinic literature, the student will become familiar with how Jewish tradition approaches various aspects of life. Some issues that will be examined through Jewish tradition will be: self-awareness, choices, patience, making the most of things, taking action, self-improvement, perspective, living in the now, harmony with others, truth, change, gratitude and happiness.
