Catalog description

Students will study and explore issues of creativity and the forces that affect and mold it. Stained glass and its one-thousand year old history will be the media we use to explore ideas of history, economics, sociology, science, and techniques as they impact the stained glass artist. Students will spend a good part of their time actually learning and working with the techniques that have evolved. Students' own creativity will be challenged as glass projects are actually created.
