Previously titled: Jewish Civilization & Activism. This course will explore the lives of Jewish immigrants to Latin America from the time of the Inquisition to the present. It will discuss the different waves of immigration, the reasons for immigrants leaving their homes and their experiences in key center of resettlement in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
