Open to MBA Graduate Students only. This course focuses on how businesses are restructured through bankruptcy, including impacts on creditors, employees, competitors, retirees, and the community. Areas covered include financial issues, reorganization and restructuring of troubled businesses, valuation of troubled businesses, and accounting methods for a business that emerges from bankruptcy.
