Prerequisite: SUST 2100, ENVL 1100, or Permission of InstructorThis course provides a rigorous review of the political and legal factors that shape the management and regulation of environmental issues. Federal and state policies intended to deal with pressing environmental concerns are presented and evaluated in the context of constitutional, political, economic, ethical, and social factors.
