Catalog description

This course addresses the principles and practices of energy analysis applied to building energy systems, alternative energy, and system efficiency. Techniques in energy analysis and green building design, alternative energy design and development, and general energy management are addressed through extensive field and laboratory exercises. Prerequisites: ENSC 5501; AND PHYS 2220/5 and 2230/5 OR PHYS 2110/5 and PHYS 2120/5. Corequisites: None. Restrictions: Open to graduate students only.
