Catalog description

This course examines concepts, issues and examples of building sustainable communities and practices. The course will provide examples and models of communities, locally, nationally and internationally that have successfully implemented sustainable practices and describe the benefits to those communities. Students will learn techniques to successfully encourage and implement sustainable practices in their communities and workplaces, either as a professional or as a community member.
