RESEARCH FOR EDUCATION LEADERS

Catalog description

This course provides a foundation for understanding and evaluating professional literature and applying relevant findings and recommendations in an educational setting. Utilizing an action research approach, students will examine relevant issues impacting teaching and student learning through a systematic process including issue identification, literature review, data collection, analyses and interpretation of the data, and development of a plan of action which includes an assessment phase. Students will use elements of this course as part of their overall Internship experience and culminating Capstone project (Internship III).Faculty: J. MARCHETTI
