Catalog description

Interdisciplinary foundations of supervision at K-12 schools. Topics include research on supervision, system and change, strategic planning, staff managing and supervising strategies, leadership and organization skills, communication techniques, and evaluation of instruction. The goal of this course is to provide students with effective supervision skills: knowledge, interpersonal skills, and technical skills.
