Catalog description

This course will prepare classroom teachers to mentor or coach preservice/inservice teachers. Focus will be on supporting teacher development within the context of the classroom setting, including modeling effective teaching practices, supporting individual and collective reflection, developing communication and collaboration, and providing constructive feedback.
