Catalog description
The course examines that area of law with which educators and administrators should be familiar. Topics include: freedom of expression, due process, discrimination, sexual harassment, privacy, defamation and negligence, and copyright and plagiarism. A primary focus of the course is to enhance the skills of critical analysis in the students.
