This course provides a comprehensive review of special topics in Early Childhood Education. Students will acquire skills and knowledge in the areas of appropriate learning environments and instructional techniques for the young learner. Course content emphasizes literacy, mathematics, science and social/emotional development of children in preschool through grade 3.
