Catalog description

Prerequisite: CSIS 2210 with a grade of C or better, Open to Juniors and Seniors only. This course prepares students to apply quantitative and qualitative knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to design, develop, and manage IT projects. The topics include: project planning, cost and time management, risk management, contracts and procurement, software management, statistics, financial analysis, leadership, decision making, and human resources.Faculty: A.
