Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution.Students will explore legal issues that support and constrain homeland security programs. Constitutional concerns and civil rights will be discussed at length. Historical parallels will be drawn. The USA PATRIOT Act, Aviation Transportation Security Act, Enhanced Border and Visa Entry Reform Act, and Posse Commitatus will be thoroughly discussed.Faculty: A. GONZALEZ
