Catalog description

Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution.ADML, HOME, JUST elective.Students will examine the relationship between leadership and administrative practice and theory in crisis management and conflict resolution. Emphasis will be placed on recent case studies of crisis management in criminal justice, as well as practice in emergency management and homeland security. Students will also engage in experiential activities to build skill sets in conflict analysis, negotiation, and crisis management. Faculty: J. BONNAN-WHITE
