Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution.ADML mandatory course; FPSY, HOME, JUST elective.This course examines theories and research relevant to understanding criminal justice organizations. Students will examine a variety of organizational settings and will explore factors that drive their productivity and success, such as motivation, attitudes, stress, decision-making, negotiation, conflict resolution, diversity, and adaptation. The ultimate objective of the class is to understand the individual differences and group dynamics that maximize both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Faculty: STAFF
