Prerequisite: CRIM 1100; CRIM 2114; CRIM 2140 or 2141; CRIM 2145Open to juniors and seniors only.Prevention, mitigation, and responses to crises will be discussed in the context of history and will cover policies and procedures developed for prevention of and response to natural disasters, man-made disasters and terrorist attacks. This course will include information about all aspects of critical infrastructure - public and private. Roles of public organizations such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Centers for Disease Control and local Offices of Emergency Management, will be identified.Faculty: MARK ANARUMO
