This core course studies the role of American courts, both federal and state. The function and structure of courts are explored, as well as their impact on society. Personnel of the courts, including judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys are studied, as well as issues surrounding defendants, victims and witnesses in court systems.Faculty: A. GONZALEZ
