DEVELOPING A GROWTH MINDSET

Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to examine our own mindsets and the mindsets of those with whom we work. The focus of this course will be on the development of a growth mindset. Tools for maintaining a growth mindset can help professionals sustain energy and positivity in their fields of practice. Additionally, professionals will develop skills to help their clients or co-workers to also develop a growth mindset. The impact of cultural mindset will also be explored both on personal and professional levels.
