COMMUNICATION STUDIES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Catalog description

This course guides students through a series of exercises designed to develop and strengthen self-promotion in a professional environment. This will include reflection, research, resume revision and taking concrete steps to confidently launch or reset a career journey. Themes will include identifying transferable communication skills and developing a personalized critical thinking model. This course must be taken prior to or at the same time as the Communication Studies Internship.
