Catalog description

This advanced course is designed to prepare graduate students to work with bilingual/multicultural populations in all clinical settings. Emphasis is placed on preassessment issues (child-parent socialization practices, cultural issues, second-language acquisition, bilingualism, etc.), working with interpreters, and utilizing EBP to design and implement assessment and intervention effectively when working with bilingual/multicultural populations.
