Catalog description

Examines the file processing environment with file manipulation techniques for updating, deleting, and inserting records. Sequential, indexed and direct file structures are examined and subsequently used. Data Validation techniques are explored in relation to file updates. An appropriate language will be used to apply the concepts of the course and a major comprehensive project.
