Catalog description

Prerequisite: Graduate level student, one semester of undergraduate Financial Accounting(ACCT 2110) and one semester of undergraduate Financial (FINA 3110).Open to graduate students only.This course will focus on the quantitative aspects of preparing a business plan, for either a start-up enterprise or an established firm, with emphasis on creating pro forma financial statements and business planning models. The course will stress the need to link underlying models and assumptions to financial statement results to assist in the pursuit of financing and venture capital. Faculty: M. VITO
