Catalog description

This course will provide the student with an introduction to quantitative methods useful in business decision-making. Topics covered include: decision theory, utility theory, forecasting, introduction to linear programming, and sensitivity analysis, transportation models, PERT/CPM, waiting line models, simulations and markov analysis.
