Prerequisite: BIOL 1400 AND BIOL 1405; BIOL 1200 AND 1205; and CHEM 2110 AND CHEM 2115.This course will present the growth, culture and value of cultivated plants ornamental, nutritional and medicinal. You will turn your Brown Thumb Green! Hands-on lab work will include plant anatomy, propagation, ecology, physiology and pest management. This course is intended for future scientists and medical professionals interested in home gardening and landscaping, and in horticultural therapy. This course fulfills the Biology program Plant Science course requirement.Faculty: STAFF
