Catalog description
This course is the first half of a one-year course in human anatomy and basic principles of physiology. Students will learn the anatomy (microscopic and gross) and physiological mechanisms of the integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems. Students will also become familiar with aspects of biochemistry, cellular biology, and histology. The co-required laboratory has been integrated into the scheduling for this course.Restrictions: Open to Nursing majors only
