THEATRE PRODUCTION PRACTICUM

Catalog description

Prerequisite: ARTP 2183 and Permission of Instructor. Open only to ARTP majors and minors.Arts Course (A).Practical experience in a creative or leadership role in the production of a live theater or dance production. Eligible responsibilities include scenic, lighting or costume design, stage management, assistant stage management, or heading a crew involved with preparing or running a show. Specific responsibilities will be determined by mutual agreement between individual student and ARTP Faculty Technical Director, and evaluated according to criteria established in a contract arising from the agreement. Participation in arranged laboratory sessions required. May be repeated three times for credit.<br><i>Faculty: M. MALLETT</i>
