Catalog description

Prerequisite: ARTP 1150 and ARTP 2183. An introduction to research methods for theatre designers, directors and dramaturgs, and critics, with an emphasis on periods, styles and cultures. Focus will be on identifying and acquiring the particular graphical representation of interiors, locales, apparel, personal effects, and music and language usages, using traditional library and contemporary web-based resources in directed inquiries related to realizing a theatrical production.<i>Faculty: M.
