Cross-Listed: SOCY 3625.The goal of this course is to understand how campus-community partnerships are built and maintained. These partnerships cover a wide range of common concerns – health, education, housing, and neighborhood are but a few examples. Students will be expected to work hands-on with community organizations. In addition, student teams will learn to design projects that address community-defined needs. A primary focus of this latter requirement will be “Food and Community” projects.Faculty: J. RUBENSTEIN
