INTERNSHIP CAPSTONE PROJECT

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution. Open to MAAS graduate students only. AMST 5000 Proseminar, AMST 5001 Research Methods, and at least 9 other credits required before enrolling. Special Project Request Form Required. Capstone interns acquire internships at local, national, and international institutions. In addition to interning, they are required to fulfill assignments developed by their on-site supervisor and Capstone Advisor and must present their work to American Studies faculty and students. May be repeated once for credit.
