Catalog description

For the past two decades, South Korea has established itself as a tireless generator of soft power. What began as a mostly inter-Asian phenomenon dubbed the 'Korean Wave' has since spread across the globe. This class will look into the economic engine that moves South Korea's "cultural contents" industry, and will develop analytic tools that examine its various forms: K-pop, K-drama, K-beauty, and more.
