Catalog description

This 10-h course equips professional graduate students to use data, analytics, GenAI, and natural-language coding responsibly in international policy work. Participants learn to structure sharper questions, manage FAIR data, work with structured and text-heavy evidence, use Python and Jupyter notebooks safely, and create reliable briefs, dashboards, and policy deliverables. While it clearly builds solid system foundations, the course is designed for not technical talents emphasizes human judgment, ethical leadership, and practical workflows for security, governance, development, energy, cyber, AI, and public-impact roles.
